Christmas on my mind.

This week has flown by and I really don't have a lot to share but should mention the Mola Jacket that is about to become the Mola Poncho. I haven't yet figured out how I'm going to make the switch without ripping any out but somehow I'll do it. It finally became obvious that it was going to be way too big for anyone I know and so before I started adding the sleeves I knew I needed to do some serious studying. After draping it every which way I suddenly saw it as a poncho...so tonight while DH watches his "Cardinal's" play I'll be improvising!

Here is an idea.......
for those of you who 1/ Want to knit a Christmas Stocking and 2/ Practice for your Master Knit Program. Any Argyle sock pattern will do as long as it includes seaming the back and gusset. I made these for my hubby last year and as you can see his house socks are well worn. Don't you love it when someone actually "wears" what you've made for them.
