Spin & Knit - Plot & Plan

After a couple of days on the wheel I now have some yarn ready for the needles.

Now I can't wait to get started on the Mola Jacket.

But first.....

I just might start a Flower Basket *PONCHO*

An idea has been buzzing around in my head. That it shouldn't be hard to work the Flower Basket Shawl into a Poncho.

Since I finally mastered the pattern I feel I should do it again before I forget......but with a twist of my own.

So in my bubble wrapped brain I see it as looking something like this.

With of course a lot more little baskets.

I should be getting ready for bed.......but what the heck! I'm heading for the yarn closet. It is after all, just too tidy from my day of "sorting". I'll sleep better knowing the closet looks like the last hour of a really good English Jumble Sale. You'll knew I was Brit before I became a Yank didn't you?
The Jumble Sales and Car Boot Sales are what I miss the most.
