This was a little treasure I got from the St. Augustine Colonial Fair. And I'd dearly love to have more shells just like it... but I've no idea what it is called. I know, I should have paid more attention but...well...I didn't. So pretty please, would someone enlighten me.

You see I have found a truly brilliant (if I may say so) use for it. Can you guess what it is? Should be pretty easy for Spinners to guess...maybe hehe!
